How To Clear Java and Browser Caches On Windows
 
  1. Open the Java control panel in Start > Settings > Control Panel.
  2. Click the Java tab.
  3. Click the General tab.
  4. Under Temporary Internet Files, Click Settings...
  5. Under Disk Space, click Delete Files...
  6. Make sure Applications and Applets is checked, and click OK.
  7. Click OK again to return to the General tab.
  8. Click the Apply button.
  9. Under Temporary Internet Files, click View...
  10. Delete all instances of Introscope Workstation listed, and click OK.
  11. Click OK again to exit the Java Control Panel.
  12. To clear the Internet Explorer browser cache:
    • Choose Tools > Internet Options... > Delete Files... > Delete all offline content.
    • Click OK to dismiss the window.
  13. To clear the Firefox browser cache:
    • Choose Tools > Options... >.
    • Click the Advanced tab.
    • Click the Network subtab.
    • In the Cache section, click Clear Now.
    • Click OK to dismiss the window.
  14. Relaunch Web Start Workstation.
