- Open the Java control panel in Start > Settings > Control Panel.
- Click the Java tab.
- Click the General tab.
- Under Temporary Internet Files, Click Settings...
- Under Disk Space, click Delete Files...
- Make sure Applications and Applets is checked, and click OK.
- Click OK again to return to the General tab.
- Click the Apply button.
- Under Temporary Internet Files, click View...
- Delete all instances of Introscope Workstation listed, and click OK.
- Click OK again to exit the Java Control Panel.
- To clear the Internet Explorer browser cache:
- Choose Tools > Internet Options... > Delete Files... > Delete all offline content.
- Click OK to dismiss the window.
- To clear the Firefox browser cache:
- Choose Tools > Options... >.
- Click the Advanced tab.
- Click the Network subtab.
- In the Cache section, click Clear Now.
- Click OK to dismiss the window.
- Relaunch Web Start Workstation.
